The Site is operated by Indraprastha Innovations (“IIPL”), based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
2. Information, not advice
All content on the Site is general educational information about US business entity formation, compliance, and taxation. It does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Reading the Site, contacting us, or using any template, checklist, or tool published here does not create an attorney-client, CPA-client, or any other fiduciary relationship between you and IIPL or anyone associated with the Site. 3. Accuracy & currency
State filing fees, annual-report rules, and tax laws change frequently. While we make reasonable efforts to keep content current and to cite primary sources, we make no warranty that any information is accurate, complete, or current as of the time you read it. Always verify with the relevant Secretary of State, the IRS, and a licensed professional before acting.
4. Permitted use
You may read, print, and link to pages on the Site for personal or internal business reference. You may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IIPL, its directors, employees, contractors, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or any content on it. Our total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IIPL from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your reliance on Site content for legal/tax/business decisions.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
